The Rules

Family Poker Night uses Roberts Rules of Poker.  We try to stay updated on the current edition but acknowledge that from time to time we may not be as up to date as some of our players.  With that in mind, once a new rule has been confirmed we will update the edition we use.  However, the final authority is held by the Tournament Director.  Their decision is final. 

Conduct

This should be a fun evening for everyone concerned.  Try to keep foul language to a minimum.  Abusive or derisive language, either personal or general, may not be tolerated.  Failure to pay your tab with the location will not be tolerated.  The Tournament Director may, at any time, ask any player to leave the game.  The location may, at any time, ask any player to leave the game.  There is absolutely no gambling at Family Poker Night events!

Extra Chip Cards

Up to 5 can be redeemed at a time.  Once, before the game starts. And again at each of the two main breaks.  The extra cards will be given out by the tournament director at their discretion and for the following reasons: Bonus Hands (Quads or better) and bringing new players.  For the Bonus to be paid out, the hand must have been played to completion and seen by the tournament director before the cards have been cleared. Extra Chip Cards can also be gotten from the servers at each location.  The servers give out the cards at their own discretion and for whatever reason they see fit.
